Unfortunately, our reunion has been cancelled. Some people responded, some people didn't. Our first reunion was two years ago. We planned to have this reunion in 2005, but too many people were not paying attention to the deadline dates on the flyers, no matter how big and bold I wrote it.When I made follow-up calls, people were still asking me for the date of the reunion, -this was after the third flyer had been sent! I was responsible for the contract with the hotel , so to keep myself from losing a large amount of money I
felt it was best to just cancel it for this year. It was too stressful! As a family, so far we lost our deposit of $250.00 with the hotel and may lose more money with another place where we were supposed to have a party. But , such is life! I did the best I could! Other's were supposed to help ,but didn't. We are still getting together on other occasions, so maybe it will work out better next time!
