Hi my afrigeneas family.
As I have posted previously my family is planning a reunion. They started with 6months to plan and a 10 person committee. The reunion has been cancelled and now it is back on. The reunion is Aug 19-21
does anyone have any recommendations on how to handle a planning at this late a date without discouraging people from participating and still having a nice reunion.
We just sent out price notices and are waiting for responses. so we still do not have an estimated head count.
