Since my reunion is in July I have found members slow in responding but I've taken the necessary steps to followup with them. Last year I sent out a survey form to 25 people and didn't get any response back which is the reason for some of my frustation but I learned that some people just can't think that far ahead. Since my deadline for registration was June 6th, I followed up with a reminder postcard 10 days before and then made phone calls. Most have responded back by placing the registration forms/fees in the mail and those that haven't I've contacted again. I would suggest to keep following up and at least try to get a response as to how many people your family members will be bringing. In doing that, I now have about 30 family members who have made a commitment to come.
