"Paving the Way for Future Generations" is this year's theme for the St. John Community Reunion, Oct. 13-14, 2012, San Augustine, TX.
History: Several distinct families settled in the St. John Community, including:- Hiram and Rachael Sowell;- Marshall and Clara Weeks;- Jack and Henrietta Hunt; Hall and Amanda Hawkins; Mannie and Henrietta Garrett; Lee and Becky Cartwright. If you grew up in the St. John Community we want to see you too. Last year we had over 200 hundred in attendance. There will be fun, games, food, history and fellowship.
