Summer is usually reunion season but wondering whether anyone has ever planned a winter family reunion? We are going to combine a 100th birthday celebration and a family reunion and hold it in Feb 2006 in northern Westchester County, NY because that's where the birthday girl lives. We had about 20 family members who lived nearby or who were in the area come to her 98th birthday in 2004 but none culd make it in 2005. We plan to make a weekend of this one. Are there any differences -- other than that cookouts are not a good idea
-- that I should be aware of? How about turnout? Most of the family lives elsewhere. Just sending out flyers to guage interest. Suggestions, comments, etc welcomed.
Thanks.
