That's true (smile) but, you'd be surprised at how much money you can save on expenses if you have some good computer skills by doing all the typing & page layouts yourself, have family members either photo copy their photos or scan them and send you jpeg files.
I also saved a few dollars bcuz I know the Owner of a print shop and he agreed to let me come in and help with the bindery process.
All total it cost me $2,000 but it was so worth it and the book was sold for $25 per copy.
I'd sent out emails telling family they would be available at the Reunion. I took one copy to Fish Fry on 1st nite of Reunion to pass around for them to see.
At the Picnic the following day they were waiting for me and they went like hotcakes!
No personal checks ... just cash. Saves you the trouble of cashing out of town checks once back at home.
