I am so glad and a little jealous that your Adams Family Reunion went so well. I know you are tired but happy.
Since we emailed I looked into Ancestry.com for the free 14 day trial, since it said the family tree, not the living members info would be posted publicly. I am still fumbling trying to learn how to delete my mistakes and then at a later date INVITE friends not connected to family to view it. I haven't figured that one out yet. Also putting so much TREE info on the site was a complete weekend task. I don't see how anyone can spend hours sitting at this computer. I had to take breaks. What I would like from those of you who understand this payment plan is..I opted for the 3 month plan, which I think is a payment to be able to use the site as well as keep the TREE open to the public.
How does anyone go in and find connected info. And was it worth a long membership. I had played around with this, it said in 2005, but I have never stayed longer than the initial trial periods.
Also I must say so far the information it emails me with the leaf..I already had this information from my library and, Afrigeneas helpers. So far I haven't got anything worth getting excited about. Money is a concern and I really don't know if paying for information that is available for free somewhere else is worth it. I know I am leaning toward not keeping an exstended membership, but I am pressured to make up my mind by 13 July. Can y'all help me out and give me some objective opinions?
