I used the event budget form in Excel. I downloaded it from the Microsoft Office Website. It has pages for expenses, income, profit-loss.
I also added pages the to the report. Where I listed guest by age groups. I added a t shirt list. It lists t shirts by size and it calculates how many t shirts and what sizes to order.
