Our family reunion is losing the attendance of the younger generation because the older generation not wanting to move away from the same style reunion we've had for 40 years.

I want to plan the reunion in Orlando Fl but the older generation says 'it's not a good idea because it's farther'. They think we should have it in Jacksonville, like we did a few years ago.

How can we get people on board to change???
