We actually had a couple of people ask about online registration when we hosted in 2000. One cousin sent me a link to PayPal (I think that's the name of the company), and apparently they handle the details of payment using a credit card online. I believe there's a nominal charge for their service. You could set up an account with them for those who want to pay online. It wound up not being worth it for our reunion because only a few people would take advantage of it, while most people would send checks or pay in person. The concept was a little too advanced for all but a few, plus several had issues about account security.
