Them Knuckleheads won't listen..unless they have to pay extra out of pocket expeses to keep things going. How about a cookout, with a variety of dishes brought by family. At least everybody will have a peice of the expense. Any money charged for out of towners, can be designated for expenditures unforseen or 'seed money' it it's enought. Above all when you show a breakdown of why money's are at a 0 balance maybe folks will stop spending that invisible money. I had a cousin that suggested I pay for the cost up front, then collect payments later. NOT! I need my bill money too.
