Carmen, just view your pictures frm you reunion in Daytona Beach, FL. I see where you visited the home of Dr. McCleod-Bethune. My sorority's national project is the upkeep and maintenance of her home on the campus. There is a plaque with our name on it near the front entrance, "Alpha Chi Pi Omega Sorority & Fraternity, Inc. Yes I know, it has four Greek letters and most people have never heard of it, but Dr. McCleod, Dr. Marjorie Joyner-Stewarts and others founded this sorority over 60 years ago. It's a sorority for beauty professionals and members of the United Beauy School Owners and Teachers Association. We were there in 2003 (mandated visit every 3/4 yrs)for our national convention because we support the Bethune Foundation and various scholarship programs at the college.
