I just returned from a genealogy junket to North Carolina. It seemed that every branch of my family has a yearly reunion. One branch showed me a booklet declaring it the 30th reunion! They had a lot of old photos from the early 20th century and late 19th century. Is this just a Durham thing, or does this happen everywhere (except the CA bay area?)?
