Sorry to keep bugging everyone, but I need some feedback again.

Our family is facing the loss of one of our matriarchs, though our prayers are for her healing and many, many more years with our family. I'm sure I'll need to make some sort of presentation if the worst happens, and I'm wondering if anyone can help with suggestions. I was thinking of something like many churches do, a resolution resolving that person's membership or something similar. Does anyone else does something like that for family members who have passed? Any other ideas?
