Compromise is the key. It's a big job planning a reunion all alone (smile). I totally agree with you on the letters, that's my fav. We mixed it up for this year. We sent out two letters and a final post card.

Post cards are inexpensive but you're limited with the amount of information you can put on them but, you can put a really nice picture on the front that your relatives will want to keep as a keepsake.

Also, we printed our two page letter on 1 sheet (front/back) to save postage there.
