I would like to also suggest, 'don't set a date in 2009 in stone'. By this I mean, you may have to do some visiting of folks in different states, having meetings and even just having 1 activity instead a full week end for the next Reunion Revival. The cost of gas is a high priority now and trying to pay for these' high utilities' is becoming a burden for everybody in every state. Maybe fund raisers can be planned for 1 year and a reunion date for the next. Also an account needs to be set up with 2 names needed to use funds. You do what you have to do to keep peace.
