I definitely will ask some of the other family members to be on the family reunion committee because I need all the help I can get.

I like the idea of preparing an estimated expense report with the first reunion letter. I was going to prepare a spreadsheet showing the amount of money collected and reunion expenses to give to everyone at the reunion so that they would know that no shady stuff went on. But the estimated spreadsheet is even better because it will give an idea of where the money is going to. So maybe my relatives won't call me asking me 1001 questions. No, they're still going to call and ask questions anyway. :lol
