The youth today are all about MYSPACE. You all could Get a young adult leader, perhaps one in College to head up the MYSPACE group. I have a 27 yr old dauhter and she has added several cousins to her friends groupacross the US. They communicate via myspace these days and any activity that you throw will be highly attended if you reach them in their zone.
