I believe in one of your posts, you indicated that your family reunions did not have a set of bylaws. My family do not have bylaws as well.

Did your aunt's actions regarding the money cause your family to perhaps address the possibility of establishing bylaws again? I am wondering if indeed bylaws may be instrumental in combating actions like that or prevent people from having too much autonomy with the reunion funds and how they are handled...actions that may cause families to get in a "hole"?

Just doing some thinking.....
