For our reunion it's simply the Spence-Lowry Family Reunion because those are the branches everyone is decended from. Maybe if there are alot of names you can use initials instead to include everyone like ABCDE Alabama Family Reunion.

Also, as far as the committe is concerned, at the family reunion, the committe for the next year is choosen and remainder funds are passed on to that person/family.

We've had our reunions for 40 years now and there are no bylaws or anything like that. also, I think family dues are a great idea to cover family reunions every year, but my family wouldn't go for it.

Keep all family informed. For years, we would only have one side of our Spence-Lowry side come to the reunions. Then in the last couple of years the reunion went from 100 ppl to over 300 b/c the family that never came started to come.
