After the reunion - next step – momentum
I am not sure if these questions have been asked before, so please forgive me if they have. After a reunion how or what is the best way to keep the momentum going? Our family has only recently begun having reunions and we always have to start from scratch in terms of raising money to finance the reunion (printing, deposits, postage, etc). Our reunions have also evolved to include several different branches. Has anyone found it best to vote to change the reunion name to something generic like “United Alabama Family Reunion” or hyphenated “Armstrong-Bailey-Cooper-Davis-Edwards Family Reunion”? If the name is hyphenated, what order should the names be placed? Also has anyone had any experience creating, electing and maintaining a national family reunion committee? Have you found it to be worthwhile? Did you also create a constitution or bylaws? If you have created a national committee what specific offices are needed and what are their responsibilities?

Based on household (no matter the size) or individual members
Are the dues annual and what is the money exactly used for?
Establishing seed money for next reunion
Does a fictitious name have to be created and registered for tax exempt purpose and for banking purposes?
