His wife was named Lusan (? hard to read), female, black, age 46, born in Texas, father born in Florida, mother born in Georgia, and married for 26 years. Lusan had given birth to 15 children, 8 of which were still alive.

Their children were Charlie (13), Anna (11), William (7), Mandy (4), Ollie V. (2 and a daughter), and daughter Fannie (5 months). All of the children were born in Louisiana.
