Hello extended family again,

My family decided they want to see each other on a day when someone is not getting married or buried.

We have decided on a date around labor day.
some family memebers say we should have it labor day weekend others say the weekend after
has anyone had any experience with this holiday weekend

points that we are considering is that most of the attendees live in the city (phila), school kids go back to school the week of labor day, and it gets cooler in philly after labor day .....

and if anyone has had a reunion in philly please help with info on other things like tips venues .......
