ART's tree was magnificent, but too much work for me for a one day viewing, even though it was a grand gesture.

I usually just print one 3' X 4' 5 generation chart, starting with my parents generation, who were born about 1900.

I print out descendant reports of all, sibling by sibling so it easy to follow, and use an 18 or 16 point font so it is easily readable for one , as well as a regular (10pt font)for another.
At the back I include letter(8 1/2x 11)sized 5 generation charts the "old fashioned" way this person is #1 on chart xxx. I attach a red pen for corrections.

I also attach an email signup sheet -- anyone who wants a copy of it all signs up and I email them a copy(with corrections and additions from the re-union), and they can print it out as desired. I also bring a laptop with the whole file so we can explore a bit more with those interested - but usually just make an appointment for a visit in that case.
