I apologize for my late response. If you want a personally designed website for your family, you may have to find someone to design it. You may have a family members who can do it.

If not, have you visited http://www.myevent.com to check out what they have? Not sure if this will suit your taste. Also, try setting up a myspace page for your family for starters.

If you have the time to play around in a web design software, Microsoft Front Page will be a good one. That's what I use to design my families' sites, and I like it. I haven't tried Dreamweaver, but I heard that's a good program. Also, some web hosting sites like Yahoo Geocities (http://geocities.yahoo.com), Bravenet (http://www.bravenet.com), and others offer a free web design template/tool once you sign up for a website.
