I was suprised to see our family bylaws posted here. As an update,after our last family reunion (7/07) The family voted the bylaws out. It was decided that the bylaws would be re-visited, if we decided to do a education fund or become a non profit org. Instead we decided to let the Reunion committee assume the majority of the decision making. We just follow Robert's Rules of Order at meetings. We also created a youth reunion committee to involve them in the planning process, so that they are represented at the next reunion.
