In bowling alleys, it's better to eat before or after throwing those heavy bowling balls at those 'white and red pins'. Cut's down on your stroke, fun and bragging cause your hands will be greasy and shoe bottoms get messed up. Usually if the bowling establishment has a banquet room and a member of the family is a member of one of the bowling leagues, you might be able to negotiate a deal. But keep in mind they want to make all the money they can. So as a past bowler, I advise, get your prices of an outside caterer, the bowling alleys price for supplying food for your event and come up with a game plan to get as many folks to come in and participate bowling as possible. Let them know you are talking to outside caters or maybe thinking about bringing in your own food. There are rules that this establishment must follow when food of any kind is involved. Slow week days or mornings is the best time to play.
It will be a fun time for family, friends and BRAGGING RIGHT'S. You can even get trophy's for certain silly events. Look for trophy type stuff at party stores. Be imaginative.
