We're having our family reunion over the 4th of July weekend. We are allowed to bring non-hot food in the hotel's hospitality room otherwise, we will have to pay their HIGH prices for grilled hot dogs/hamburgers.

We are not having a picnic because we only have one family member with a 1 bedroom condo who lives there and has not offered to get friends involved to grill or accommodate us if we get rained out; so, we are having a bowling party. However, we would like to give every member -whether they bowl or not- something simple like a grilled hamburger/hot dog, potatoe salad and a cookie. How can we make the sandwiches work?
If you don't think it will work any other ideas?
