Thank you so much for your input. No, your question is not silly at all and frankly I am with you--smile. We've got such an interesting group of folks with this particular line (and a couple of others to be honest--LOL)--read between the lines with the word choice (interesting group of folks)--LOL.
For the smaller gatherings that I have organized for a different line, it was never an issue. I am hoping that members of the committee will be able to kind of douse any concerns without the need of the expense report for all. Of course we are open and everyone is welcome to give input et cetera, but for some of them, honestly I just don't know.
