To add to Mel's list, I also place the paid items in the welcome pack (which is usually the reunion tote bag). Each bag has the name of a pre-registered guest on it for ease of disbursement.

- Tickets to any events registered for (banquet, breakfast, picnic, tours)
- T-shirts
- Hats
- Copy of receipt for paid items
