I'm not downing them for having satellite tv. Those rural houses are probably owned by the owner of the land, who for whatever reasons has not chosen to upgrade the houses or tear them down and rebuild. I know that one of those families are a working family. So, I guess you can't go putting upgraded plumbing into something that does not belong to you.
