I have a huge problem with my reunion. One member of the committee is demanding that we have a cook out on the first night or he will quit the committee and will encourage his side of the family not to come. I am inclined to tell him to go but I'd hate to lose his side of the family's participation. We really can't afford a cook out. There's no money in the budget for it. Do I call his bluff? Do I let him have the cook out but at his expense or do I go hide in the closet?
