Members of our committee, and myself, have decided that we will set up the registration table outside the conference room door. I believe we may have to relocate the table to near the exit door to go outside (where the food and festivities will take place). Family who have registered will receive a name badge as their meal ticket upon signing in at the table.

We probably will not charge the "crashers" extra but we will make an effort to police the food line. We can't run out of catered food for those who have paid because of "crashers". That really isn't right.
