If you setup the registration table outside the door(area) to the reunion you can have people who haven’t previously registered pay at the door for an additional fee (of course) maybe like $5.

Its like going to a local event where if you pay ahead you get x rate while paying at the door you get x+$5/10 extra. Its an incentive for some to pay ahead. Lets those that try to sneak in know that they still have to pay but now they have to pay more.

Everyone that registers should receive some type of name tag or badge at check in. Having goodie bags are also an incentive to register and pay. The bags can include items such as coupons, and freebies. Check out the free sample websites & forums using several different addresses to get the freebies. I also got freebies from govt websites on health, child rearing, science etc. including coloring books and magnets for the kids.
