My family reunion is scheduled for this upcoming Labor Day weekend. We've been planning this reunion since Sep 2005. This is the first reunion that my family branch is hosting (I'm chairperson).

My question to the forum is how do you handle the Reunion Crashers? After speaking to a couple of our relatives we feel we will have several crashers come through and claim they will not be eating. However, the costs of the registration, as those who've planned a reunion know, covers more than the cost of eating.

What to do? We did not have a separate payment plan for those who do not plan to eat...just a flat fee (including discount for elderly).

Have any of you ever experienced this? If so, how did you handle it?
