I finally did get in contact with the organizer. There is no committee just one person who happens to be my cousin (though I never met her). She seems excited. I asked her if I could present the history stuff that I found out thus far. She knows more relatives but I know (of) more ancestors. Hopefully I will meet more people who will be able to shed light on most of my brick walls (which are many).
