A discussion of non/late payments would be great. How does one respond to situations like these? Two hours before the meal, a cousin approaches (with cash) and tells you that 19 family members will be attending. A cousin approaches the registration table with wife and child, and only pays for himself - explaining that wife and child will not attend any events but will stay in the hotel room. Only blood pressure medication and 'happy pills' make these situations bearable. (smile)

I will try the suggestions of color coded tickets and reminders in the family newsletters. There has to be an answer!
