When we had our 2004 reunion in Dallas we started having an auction. We requested family members donate items to be auctioned, the proceeds going to help with the following years expense. The first year we raised $600.00 in 2005 we raised $1800.00. This year we only raised $650.00. The competion of the bidding is lots of fun.
In 2005 a wife donated a foot massager and her husband made several bids, he dropped out and let his brother have it.
