I love your ideas for recognizing your family's youth and getting them involved. You're right; it takes getting them involved to ensure the future of these reunions.

The only thing we did this year was have the younger kids perform a Welcome skit at the beginning of the banquet. We selected an equal number of Bahamian and American kids to perform it was simple and cute. The other thing is that we had kids perform during the Worship Service as well.

I'm anxious to see the other ideas everyone has. Great topic!
