I'm older and too tired to take on the planning. It's time for the next generation to use their younger ideas. Everything you suggested is information that is been brought to the table with the exception of moving to another city. Some of the elder's want to keep total control. So it's time to step back and 'let it ride'. Maybe the light will shine brighter this way.
