OK.. I have a question........

How much is too much for a registration fee? Just as I knew, the person that is running my next family reunion related to this article is OUT OF HER BLANKETY BLANK MIND. $200 registration fee....Yes I did say $200..per person..3 years and older. What does that include...... A dinner on a boat, transportation to the boat, a t-shirt and church Sunday morning. Hotel is $109. So if I were to take my neices(which I am not), this would be a $1000 weekend!!!!!

I called the person in charge and told her that I think she needs to rethink her charges because money is tight, some people attend other family reunions during the summer, etc. Her response to me was that I should be encouraging her. I then told that I am trying to help her by talking directly to her, and not behind her back like many others.

Lastly, I asked her about what happens to if someone doesnt like riding on boats... her response was OH WELL.

Am I off the mark here with my comments?
