Great News!!
My husband and children just returned (July 23rd) from our family reunion and I must say that everything went well. We had a wonderful time with family and friends in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. I just hate that I couldn't extend the trip. The weather was wonderful. One of the event planner at the resort had a superb idea to end our family reunion.
We put a message in a bottle and everyone present at the reunion signed it and my husband tossed it into the ocean in hopes that it would be found by someone far off. She said that someone she knew did the exact same thing in California and seven years later the bottle was discovered in Russia. That was amazing. We are hoping that someone will discover our bottle as well. We put a contact person, address, email address and telephone number for that person to notify.
Many thanks to those well wishers. We had a ball.
