The McNabb Family Reunion was held in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina July 20th - 23rd and I am pleased to say that we had a great time. The weather was somewhat agreeable. A little windy at times and sunny. We had many family members to travel from Florida, Texas,and Georgia. We had a Hawaiian theme and the "Limbo" contest was a big hit. To end the reunion, we put a signed message from all the family members present in a bottle and my husband tossed it out in the ocean. We are hoping that this message will be found and that we will hear from that person. That idea was given to us by our event planner at the resort. It was a great idea and I wanted to share it with others.
This was our first time (my husband and I) hosting a family reunion and I would like to thank those who shared their ideas and gave encouraging words. We survived it and we thanks God that we can rest now. It was a good experience and we will cherish the times we had with our family.
