I have been asked by the Nassau reunion committee to co-host the Gala Ball on Friday night. They want me to work in a presentation that would involve family history from the American side, while my co-host will present the Bahamian side.

Trouble is, neither of us has an idea of how to make the presentation. The only ideas I have include: a trivia contest with door prizes for the winners; or having a descendant of each of William & Addie's nine offspring come forward and make a presentation of their ancestor's history/life. The only problem with the second idea is that they would need time to prepare and we're quickly running out of time. My co-host has no ideas at all and is looking to me to come up with something. She says she can get door prizes, so that may work.

Any other ideas on how to effectively present family history? I wish I would've known sooner; I'd have put together a power point presentation or something!
