I also tried family.com and did not find it to be user friendly. You can obtain a free web site at "freewebs.com" if you want that route. They have some tech support there also but not as prompt as one would find where there is a fee paid.

The other suggestion that I offer is "siteground.com" They have a tutorial program and a Site Builder program which allows you to build your own website. Their fee is relatively reasonable...$5.00 per month to host your site and they pay the Internet registration fee for the first year. Afterwards, this fee is about $30.00 per year. So, the price is very good and their tech support is even better which operates 24/7. Most of the time, they respond within 30 minutes to 1 hour. Good luck.
