Well, you usually can't go wrong with Motown - you might consider that for your more up-tempo events, including a mix of old and new. Perhaps some smooth jazz for the background music during the banquet. A nice mix of contemporary and traditional gospel would be nice for the worship service or farewell luncheon (if applicable) on Sunday.
