Hang in there. Everything will work out. Like someone told me, "If the complainers wanna come, they'll show up regardless. If not, they are certainly welcome to stay at home."

Also, sometimes our folk have a tendency to be afraid of change...afraid to step "out of the box". Just calling it like I see it.. LOL!
