I've never seen a reunion booklet template (not to say that one does not exist), but a lot of reunion booklets contain the following:

1. Cover
2. Welcome Letter from Mayor
3. Chairperson's Welcome Message
4. Detailed Itinerary
5. Program (if the family is having a program during the banquet)
6. Dedication Page (to the deceased family members)
7. Family History write-up
8. Family Tree or Family Diagram
9. Any old family photographs
10. Family Phone/Address Directory
11. Business Ads (if this was a fundraising method)
