I've downloaded the pamphlets from Nara concerning the Freedmen's Bureau records for Florida. My focus is Escambia County. Although it mentions some correspondence, there are few names that are included in the papers.

My biggest frustration are the subscription on-line databases that do not include Escambia's population. In other words, the Bank, Marriage etc records do not list the names of people connected with the county. There are a few persons listed as born there, but they are living in other cities and states.

Do you have any suggestions as to where these records may be located?
