Jeremiah Haralson of Alabama,
Josiah T. Walls of Florida,
John Roy Lynch of Mississippi,
John A. Hyman of North Carolina,
Charles E. Nash of Louisiana,; and
Joseph H. Rainey and
Robert Smalls of South Carolina.
